Grooming is necessary for their quality of life and should not be intolerable or cause anxiety. Our focus is to boost confidence, and to increase acceptance and tolerance of the grooming process.

Our Strategy
We employ several strategies to ensure the best experience possible at every visit. This varys depending on your dogs consent to the grooming process, and grooming history. Starting with identifying triggers that cause reactions and acknowledging sensitive areas. Recognizing when they are getting overwhelmed, and redirecting to a positive state before they are reactive. Revisiting areas that are more accepted in between sensitive areas and ending each step on a good note with minimal anxiety as possible before moving to the next thing. This is so the last feeling of a less desirable process is a good feeling, and that's the last thing they will remember.
Service areas
We provide home based 1 on 1 grooming services in our SW Lincoln home, our Papillion home, and also at the convenience and comfort of your home up to 60 miles from Lincoln. Since we are based out of Lincoln, there will be mobile fees to cover 1/2 the price of gas to commute to Papillion or to provide services in your home. Such a great company!!! They came over to our house and washed/groomed our dog and he looks and smells great!! We are going to use them moving forward. We loved our experience!! So knowledgeable about grooming. They did a phenomenal job caring for our little girl! So thorough. They also did an excellent job of trimming our timid little dog’s nails. Heidi has been amazing with Miss Lee. The dog full of anxiety, who groomers would call me to come pick up after repeated baths from accidents related to her anxiety is now jumping up on the table excited to be groomed!! So thankful for Heidi!! ❤️
